Stickers
Shipping
Our vinyl wall stickers are cut to order, we will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment for orders not exceeding 5 pieces; allow 5 business days for orders of more then 5.
All items are shipped from Australia with Australia Post, transit times are as follow:
2-4 business days within Australia
3-10 business days Europe, States, Asia (air mail)
Payment
Please, remit payment with your Paypal account or with credit card through Paypal: Paypal, in fact, allows you to pay with credit card even if you don't have an account with them.
Item prices
All item prices quoted on this web site are in Australian dollars exclusive of shipping and handling fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. International visitors wishing to calculate their currency equivalent, are welcome to use as currency converter www.xe.com.
Sticker Application
Vinyl Design decals are easy to apply and to remove, just follow the instructions contained in the pack.
Vinyl Design stickers usually don't leave any trace on the wall when removed; Since we cannot guarantee the condition of all wall surfaces, we cannot say for sure that some paint flecking will not occur. This depends on the condition and texture of your wall, if the paint is old and flacky you may notice paint flecks on the back of the decals when removed and some minor paint touch up may be required.
Vinyl Interior Design is not responsible for any damage that may occur.
Refund and exchanges
Please note: Vinyl Design decals are easy to apply but require a little patience and attention; if a decal has been damaged during installation we won't give any refund. Vinyl Design is not responsible for problems or issues with the surface you're applying the sticker to.
If you are in any way unhappy with your item, please contact us directly and we'll try to accommodate you.
In the case of an exchange or a refund, this won't include the shipping cost and the item has to be returned at the buyer's expense.
Custom orders are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
Websites
Vinyl Interior Design asks that no wholesale customer displays and sells any Vinyl Design merchandise via the wholesale customers' website.
Vinyl Design will supply their logo or web banner to advertise the fact that Vinyl Design is a line carried by the wholesale customer.
T-Shirts
Payment
We use Paypal, a secure online financial service. You will be able pay with a credit card without signing up for (or signing in to) a PayPal account.
Shipping
We ship in 1-3 business days from payment receipt.

If you need your item urgently please email us and we can arrange Express Post or you can pick up from our workshop in Surry Hills, Sydney.
Refund & Exchanges
Please send us an email to info@vinyldesign.com.au with your request for an exchange or return.
We understand buying clothes online can be tricky so we’re willing to help in case you need a different size. Returns and exchanges won’t include the shipping cost and the item has to be returned to the buyer's expense.
Care
We recommend you wash your t-shirt inside-out and iron it on the opposite side of the design. Vinyl Interior Design is not responsible for t-shirts damaged for lack of care in washing or ironing.
